Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the hotel seemed a bit of a maze to find, but not terrible. The rooms were not as expected, with very dirty furniture and an almost broken cupboard with sawdust on top. However, the garden was lovely and the seaside location was amazing. The dining experience was disappointing despite the abundance of food variety.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, which I loved, but being far from the pool and restaurants was a bit inconvenient. The mix-up with the bed type was a hassle at first, but the staff handled it well in the end.
I was excited about my stay at the hotel, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The room I initially received was not as advertised and had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. On the upside, the service was friendly and helpful. The location, while a bit remote, offered some nice amenities but lacked easy access to attractions. The dining experience left much to be desired with unappealing options. Overall, a mixed bag with room for improvement.
The hotel rooms had some unexpected issues like dirty furniture and a broken cupboard, but the staff was friendly. The location was tranquil with access to the sea and a view of Etna. The dining experience left much to be desired in terms of food quality. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but the terrace we paid extra for was neglected. The service had its unpleasant moments despite trying to accommodate basic requests. The location near the sea and with a view of Mount Etna was fantastic, but some activities were unavailable. The dining experience was underwhelming for the price paid.
Even though the rooms lacked cleanliness and had a neglected terrace, they were equipped with air-conditioning, providing a decent stay. The service was a mix of friendly and unpleasant encounters. The hotel's location offered lovely views of Etna and direct access to the sea, providing varied relaxing spaces, yet activities may have been limited. The dining experience fell short with unappetizing food offerings.
The hotel was nice, although we paid more to have a terrace that had not been tended to in a very long time. The double and 2 single beds were adequate; however, mobility issues were not featured on the website. The room had very dirty furniture, and an almost broken cupboard with sawdust on top.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, but the rooms are quite a distance from the pool and restaurants. Although the room with a terrace looked nice, it seemed neglected. However, it is not ideal for those with mobility issues.
